Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason. Products must be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging and all accessories included.

2. How to return an item

Email probizconsultingltd@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return — we'll send you the shipping instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for defective items or shipping errors on our side.

3. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process the refund within seven business days, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
