1. Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination:

  • Italy: 2-5 business days

2. Shipping costs

Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume and destination. Right now we offer free shipping on every order.

3. Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with the tracking number. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.

4. Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, email probizconsultingltd@outlook.com right away — we'll do our best to sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
